Application

We seek Online registration of applications. Applications not registered online shall not be considered for grant of scholarships.

Hard copy of the application must be sent to the coordinator of NSF Chapter, in your area.

List of NSF chapters with the names of chapter coordinators and their addresses is given on NSF portal. Please locate your chapter on the NSF web site.

In case chapter is not listed in your area, please send the application to the nearest available chapter coordinator.

Duration of Scholarship Every year till completion of the chosen course subject to conditions.
Yearly Renewal Conditions/ Future Merit Students must pass all subjects, semester wise, in one attempt, without any backlog. If the student fails in one or more subjects with a backlog, scholarship shall not be renewed even if the student passes those subjects in subsequent attempt.
Interview Student and at least one parent should go through a personal interview with Chapter Coordinator. This interview should be, preferably face to face. An interview through a video call using a smart phone also can be considered, in case face to face interview is not feasible.

Documents Required - Fresh Applicants:

  • College Admission Card.
  • CET/JEE/NEET rank card/seat allotment order.
  • Bonafide certificate contained in the Application form duly signed by the Principal/Dean of the college into which student is studying.
  • Certificates showing marks secured from class 10th to 12th self-attested.
  • Income Certificate (current year – 2024-25) issued by a Revenue Official or any other competent authority.
  • Aadhar card
  • Passport size photograph of the student should be affixed on the application (no additional photographs need be enclosed).
  • Reservation class card duly certified, if the entrance exam rank card does not contain the reservation class.

Documents Required for Renewal Applicants:

  • Bonafide studentship & conduct certificate from the college duly certified by the principal
  • Mark sheet of the previous year/semesters self-certified by the student
  • Fees paid receipt/s for the current year
  • List of all financial assistance being received by the student during the past year certified by principal
  • Seva experience of 50 hours
  • Write up of seva programme
