Once the fresh application got approved, they have to login and submit the renewal form. You can find the renewal option as below.
Go to the website, give your ID & Password which you have registered with NSF in 1st year, then go to Renew application

No, there is no use on that. The support can help to redirect the correct person also if there is any issues you faced during apply scholarships you can contact them.

For other schools,
1) If you don't have Tuition Fee Receipts then please get a letter from the Headmaster/Principal of the School where you have studied and submit it.
2) Instead of Ration Card, Income certificate is enough.
